Frundt, Lundquist & Gustafson would like to take this time to communicate to our clients, business associates and the community about our ongoing efforts in response to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and Governor Walz’s Shelter-in-Place Order which will take effect on Friday, March 27, 2020 at 11:59 p.m.
Legal services have beendefined as critical services under Emergency Executive Order 20-20 and Frundt, Lundquist & Gustafson will continue to operate to serve our clients and maintain the same level of quality legal services.
We will now have an additional focus on doing our part to slow the spread of the virus and reduce the impact it has in our community.
From March 30, 2020 through April 10, 2020, we are taking the following actions:
We will be maintaining our normal office hours with reduced staff as is needed to continue to provide essential legal services. Much of our staff will primarily be working remotely.
Attorneys will be working in the office or remotely, depending on the day and ongoing needs of the firm. Attorneys will have limited appointments but may be available, as needed, for in-person meetings. You can continue to reach them via email or telephone.
Our phones will continue to be answered and staff will be available to accept documents or deliveries at our office locations.
The Blue Earth Office will be closed to visitors and deliveries, except by appointment.
The office in Wells will be closed and all deliveries or immediate needs should be directed to the Blue Earth Office.
We are requesting that communications or documents, as much as possible, be provided electronically or by mail, rather than being delivered.
We are asking that appointments occur online or in telephonic meetings where possible
Real estate closings, will signings and other similar in-person events will continue, but with appropriate social distancing.
We will work closely with our clients and partners to minimize disruptions and appreciate your help as we work through the days ahead.
We will update this information as the situation evolves and additional measures may become necessary.
"Southern MN Roots, Commitment, & Experience" We are proud to be a small town law firm. Frundt, Lundquist & Gustafson was established in 1907 and we trace our southern Minnesota roots through four generations as a full service law firm.
Frundt, Lundquist & Gustafson attorneys deliver individualized service, aggressive advocacy and commitment to their clients in the general practice of the law.
In 1907, the firm offered keen legal minds and a set of law books. Today, we provide the same services as the "big city firm" does. We also offer the spirit and commitment to personal service that has been this firm's tradition for more than a century.
