Professional Qualifications

Attorney Lundquist graduated, cum laude, from Arizona State University with a major in biology and a minor in business. Daniel earned his Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from the William Mitchell College of Law, where he also served as a staff member of the William Mitchell Law Review and as a certified student attorney providing legal representation to Minnesota prisoners. Also during law school, Daniel was a law clerk for the Minnesota Public Defenders Appellate Office and a private criminal defense firm in Minneapolis. After graduation, Daniel began his career at a law firm in Mankato, practicing primarily in personal injury, construction litigation, general negligence, and general civil litigation, while also gaining experience in general legal practice areas.

Biographic Notes

Attorney Daniel L. Lundquist was born and raised on a farm in Western Minnesota and joined the firm in 2007. He has been a partner since 2014 and resides in Blue Earth with his wife, Jenny, and four children. Attorney Lundquist is a strong supporter of the Southern Minnesota community and has served on numerous boards and associations. Daniel is a member of the Blue Earth Kiwanis Club and also coaches youth basketball in Blue Earth. He enjoys serving the clients of Southern Minnesota in his general practice. Daniel especially enjoys helping the farmers and all of their legal needs from estate planning to drainage issues and other agricultural litigation matters.
